试论教师职业道德评价机制的建构

摘 要:教师职业道德评价机制,是教师职业道德形成与发展的重要外部保障机制,是加强教师职业道德建设的重要途径。建构科学的教师职业道德评价机制应树立发展性的教师职业道德评价观;应确立教师职业道德评价标准的个性化机制;建立自我评价机制;建立反馈与激励机制,从而全面均衡地发挥教师职业道德评价的功能。

总 结:教师职业道德是教师素质的灵魂,也是促进教师专业发展的根木动力。教师职业道德的形成与发展受多种因素的制约和影响,其中,教师职业道德评价机制,是教师职业道德形成与发展的一个重要的外部保障机制,直接影响着教师职业道德的形成与发展。因此,在加强教师职业道德建设的今人,不能忽视对教师职业道德评价机制的研究。建构科学的教师职业道德评价机制,引导教师职业道德沿着正确的道路发展,激励教师不断提升自身的职业道德水平,对提高教师职业道德建设的实效性具有重要的意义。
On the Construction of Scientific Evaluation Mechanism of Teacher's Professional Morals

Abstract: The evaluation mechanism of teacher’s professional morals is the significant external security mechanism for constraining the formation and development of teacher’s professional morals. Constructing the scientific evaluation mechanism of teacher’s professional morals is the channel which should not be ignored for strengthening the construction of teacher’s professional morals. The Construction of scientific evaluation mechanism of teacher’s professional morals should establish developed conception of it; construct the plural and individualized mechanism of evaluation criterion for it; and develop self-assessment mechanism,feedback and incentive mechanism.
