摘  要：教师是人类灵魂的工程师，是青少年学生成民的引路人。教师的职业道德发展水平直接影响着青少年的健康成民，关系到国家的前途和民族的未来。苏联教育家瓦·亚·苏霍姆林斯基的教师职业道德理念对于我国教师职业道德的发展具有重要的现实意义。本文着重从教书、育人两个维度来阐述苏霍姆林斯基的教师职业道德观，并从中得到一些对我国教师职业道德建设的启发。

总  结：苏霍姆林斯基作为教育实践家和教育理论家，从教35年，研究过种种教育难题，积累了丰富的教育经验，留下了影响深远的教育遗产。在其著作《给教师的一百条建议》、《把整个心灵献给孩子》中，苏霍姆林斯基对教师的职业道德规范做了深刻详细的阐述。在此，本人将其教师职业道德理念大致分为两个维度，一是教书维度，二是育人维度，来分析苏霍姆林斯基的教师职业道德观。

A Discussion On the Two Dimensions in Teachers" Professional Ethics by Sukhomlinsky

Abstract: Teachers are engineers of human souls and guides of young students 'growth. Teachers' development of professional ethic puts great impact on the healthy growth of young people and the future of our country. Vasily Sukhomlinsky (one of the famous Soviet educators ) has great realistic, influence on the development of teachers' professional ethic in China by his teacher's professional moral philosophy.  This article expounds his philosophy mainly in these two dimensions teaching and educating} which will bring some enlightenment to the construction of teachers' professional ethic in our country
