引领、规范和保障:澳大利亚教师职业道德建设考察与启示

摘 要:澳大利亚教师职业道德整体状况令人满意。在教师职业道德建设内涵方面,澳大利亚各州非常强调尊重、责任和正直等核心价值;在教师职业道德建设举措方面,各州重视对教师进行价值引领,制定明确规范,注重团队间的相互帮助以及给予有效的安全保障等。

Research on the Contents and Strategies for Building Teacher Professional Morality in Australia

Abstract: This paper traced the pathway of educational leadership assessment research from 1980 to 2010. Research shows that in the early 1980s, by using Principal Instructional Management Rating Scale(PIMRS), educational leadership assessment sprung up in America. In early 1990s, transformational leadership replaced instructional leadership and became another wave in this period. Enter into the new century, based on the concept of “Leadership for learning”, the Vanderbilt Assessment of Leadership in Education (VAL- ED)turned into the main evaluation tool fro educational leadership. Focusing on scientific standards, diversities and the changing times are the major trends of educational leadership assessment in America.
