高等教育国际化的前景展望: 动因现实

摘  要：作为当今世界不可逆转的趋势,全球化推动了高等教育国际化的进程,促成了高等教育成为国际自由贸易的一个重要组成部分,并使得营利性高等教育部门的影响力不断扩大。由于高等教育的优势资源主要集中在发达国家,少数发达国家主导了高等教育的国际化,并从中获得了大部分的经济利益,而中等收入国家和发展中国家则扮演了高等教育的购买国。最新的研究表明,虽然新的机会和潜在的利益与风险并存,但国际化仍然是未来世界高等教育发展的主要趋势。

总  结：高等教育国际化的动因与来源：1、追求利益。有些国际化项目的重要动机之一就是营利。2、提供入学机会,满足对高等教育的需求；3、不断发展的跨国高等教育领域。

Higher education landscape of internationalization: motivations and realities

Abstract：As an unchangeable trend in the present world, globalization has given impetus to internationalization of higher education, made higher education as an important part of international free trade, and promoted the extension of influence of for2profit sector of higher education. Since developed countries keep most of advantegrous resourses of higher education, internationalization of higher education is led by a few developed countries which have gained the majority of economic benefit while countries of the developing and middle income act as buyers of higher education. As showed in recent study, new opportunities and potential benefits and risks can be identified in this international tour, but internationalism will continue to be a central trend in higher education in the world in the coming period.
