高等教育国际化与创新人才培养

摘  要：高等教育国际化是指为了服务于知识文化和政治经济等多个目的,高等学校在知识普遍性的内在动力和政治经济文化的外在动力的推动下,其内部国际性特质通过各要素的活动显现出来的过程。高等教育国际化不等于全球化,更不是高等教育“全盘西化”。高等教育国际化对培养创新人才具有特殊的作用。转变观念、建立机制、进入过程和改善条件是加快高等教育国际化进程,培养创新人才的重要措施。

关键词：高等教育国际化；全球化；创新人才培养

总  结：党的十七大报告提出了“提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家”的伟大战略目标,认为这是国家发展战略的核心,是提高综合国力的关键。我国的高等

教育理所应当为此做出重要的贡献,培养更多的具有国际竞争能力的创新人才。怎样才能有效地加速创新人才的培养? 目前已有很多学者从不同的角度对此进行了探索。本文拟从高等教育国际化的角度,对其在高校培养创新人才的特殊作用和怎样发挥这些作用等方面进行分析,希望引起更深入的讨论。

Internationalization of higher education and cultivating innovative talents

Abstract：Internationalization of higher education means propelled by politics, economy, culture and universality of knowledge, international specialties of higher education institutes appear through activities. Internationalization of higher education is not equal to globalization, even not the inclination of westernizing the whole Chinese culture. Internationalization of higher education has special effects on cultivating of innovative talents. Changing ideas, constructing system, entering process and improving condition are important for speeding up the internationalization of higher education and cultivating innovative talents.
