摘要: 在课程运作过程中，课程执行机制的健全与否将直接制约着课程政策的实现程度。因此，我们应该关注课程执行机制的研究，通过对课程执行机制的功能、要素以及运作范型的探讨，进一步明确课程运作机制的地位与价值。

2、课程执行机制的要素：

(1)课程执行主体——“谁来执行”的问题；

(3)课程执行环境——与一个国家课程改革的特定背景密切相关，包括具备一个良性的制度环境、创造一个自由的多元的文化环境、提供一个丰富的资源环境。

(1)政策宣传；

(2)政策分解；

(3)组织准备；

(4)政策实验；

(5)全面实施。

The Execution Mechanism in Curriculum Operation System

Abstract: In the process of curriculum operation, the degrees of curriculum policies’ realization depend on whether the curriculum execution mechanism is sound or not. So we should pay attention to the study of curriculum execution mechanism, and explicit its status and values through discussing the functions, factors and operation paradigms of curriculum execution mechanism.
