——从马斯洛需要层次理论谈班级管理工作

摘要：在当前的背景下，我国中小学的班级管理长期存在“抓两头、带中间”管理模式的误区，影响了当前新形式下班级管理工作的有效性和针对性。人本主义心理学家马斯洛认为，阻碍人的需要的满足是病态的。作者认为，新形式下的班级管理要求班主任转变角色，从管理者的角色转变为服务者的角色。班主任应该积极创造条件，满足学生成长和发展的需要。本文试图探讨班级管理的新方向，旨在为“人性化班级管理”的提供一种新的思路。

关键词：需要层次；学生成长；班级管理

总结：1、目前，我国素质教育提倡教学和管理应该满足学生个性发展的需要，提倡人性化班级管理。因此笔者认为在班级管理过程应该做到以下五个方面：

第一，满足学生生理健康发展的需要。

第二，在安全需要的满足方面，学校和教师应该一起努力营造一个安稳和谐的校园环境和班级环境。

第三，满足学生爱和归属的需要。教师在班级管理中应该注重班级组织的管理和教师情感的培养。

第四，尊重学生，满足学生的自尊。

最后，满足学生自我实现的需要是班级管理工作的核心。

2、教师班级管理工作当中，不仅要关注学生的优势需要，还要兼顾低级需要和更高级的需要的满足。低级需要是心理发展的基础。通常作为基点的需要就是生理需要。

Pay Close Attention to Students' Needs and Promoting Students' Growth——Talking about Class Management Work from Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory

Abstract： In the current context, the class management of elementary and secondary schools in our country has a long-term misunderstanding on "grasping both ends, with the middle" management model, which has an impact on class management's effectiveness and pertinence. The humanistic psychologist Maslow thinks the satisfaction of hindering the needs of people is sick. The author believes that the new class management mode requires the teacher change their roles into the role of servers from the managers' role. The teacher should actively create conditions to meet the needs of growth and development of students. The paper attempts to explore the new direction of the class management, aims to provide a new way of thinking for "humane Class Management".
