    摘要：设计有利于学生成长的组织环境、制度环境和精神环境；注重学生的生命发展设计，把每一份计划看成是学生的一段生命成长经历的设计；把培养和造就学生丰富的知识技能、高尚的品德、健康的身心、乐群的习性、美化的人生和学生人文底蕴的蓄积紧密地结合起来；弱化班级控制的力度，控制职能的行使着重在学生失范行为的矫正，乃是班级管理组织职能、计划职能、养育职能和控制职能的真正意义指向。理解和领悟这种意义指向，为班级管理土作的开展提供了一种新的准则和视角。

总结：1、班级管理工作的基点是承担和完成班级组织建构、班级计划设计及班级养育和控制职能实现的过程。

2、建设一个健全的、合理的、高效的班集体是班级管理组织职能的中心工作。主要体现在：（1）学生个体充分地发展是班级组织设计的第一位目标，是班集体共同奋斗的最深刻的目标指向，是班集体的强大的凝聚力所在。（2）科学、民主、愉快、宽松、团结的管理体制是学生充分地、自由地成长的制度环境。（3）正确的集体舆论和优良的班风是班级成员成长的精神环境。（4）富有教育意义和创新性的共同活动是促进班级学生发展的具体情境设计，是帮助同学们成长、成才，营造学生成长环境的具体表现。

3、班级计划所蕴含的深刻意义正是班级计划职能的本质所在，是班级计划工作的基点，它指向的是学生的生命成长历程，它说明：班级计划不仅是学生科学地吸收知识的方案设计，更重要的是学生一段生命成长经历的设计，是学生整个生命发展过程中一个不可缺少的阶段的设计。

4、班级养育职能是班级管理的最基木的职能，班级组织的设计和运作，班级计划的制定和实施，班级控制手段的运用均是围绕着这一基本职能展开的。班级管理养育职能的深刻意义指向是学生人文底蕴的蓄积。

5、班级管理中的控制也是指纠正班级管理活动过程中出现的偏离班级计划的方面，保证班级管理目标实现的过程。控制的主要任务是学生失范行为的矫正和行为规范。

Class Management’s Function & Its Meaning Orientation

Abstract: In order to do well the job of class management, we should design the organization, institution and spirit environment beneficial to the students' growth, emphasize the design of the students' life development and view each plan as the design of a period of life development of the students, combine the cultivating of the students' intellectual skills, noble moral character, healthy mind and body, habits and characteristics to be happy in a group, beautiful life with the students' accumulation of the human knowledge, weaken the control of class and remedy the students' incorrect behavior in carrying out the controlling function.  All of these are the real meaning orientation for the organizing, planning, rearing and controlling functions of the class management.  This orientation provides a new principle and perspective for the class management.
