      摘要：对师范生不但要重视专业知识的教育，而且应重视班级管理能力的培养。重视提升他们从事教育工作的综合素质。在教育中，我们应通过理论学习实现师范生的职业成熟，通过实践锻炼，历练师范生从事班主任工作的实际能力；通过师范院校班主任的言传身教，提升师范生班级管理的综合素质，从而为我国的教育事业培养合格的师资力量。

总结：师范院校怎样培养师范生班级管理能力，主要包括以下几个方面内容：

1、通过理论学习，加快实现师范生的职业成熟；

2、通过实践锻炼.历练师范生做班主任的实际工作能力；

3、通过言传身教.提升师范生班级管理的综合素质。

The Training of the Normal School Students' Ability

of Class Management

    Abstract：The normal school students should pay attention to not only the study of specialized knowledge but also the ability training of class management,  thus they can have integrated qualities to do educational work. In order to realize this, the students must study some theories and experience the teacher in the practice.  Simultaneously the headteachers in the normal school should give them personal example as well as verbal instruction.
