摘要：为充分发挥班级在大学生教育和管理上的载体作用，创新班级管理模式，依据当代大学生群体特点，深入剖析了高校班级管理的现状及普遍存在的一些问题，并通过影响班级管理因素的分析，提出了加强高校班级管理的对策和建议。

关键词：高校班级管理；创新；对策

总结：1、班级管理有助于实现教学目标，提高学习效率；有助于维持班级秩序，形成良好的班风；有助于锻炼学生能力，培养自治自理。

2、目前高校班级管理的现状及问题：（1）缺乏凝聚力；（2）管理制度形同虚设；（3）缺乏正当竞争氛围；（4）班干部的作用不能有效发挥；（5）非正式组织学生群体的不良影响。

3、改善高校班级管理的建议及对策：（1）树立自主管理理念，加强学生自我管理；（2）加强辅导员自身建设，强化班主任作用；（3）利用现代网络技术，搭建信息管理平台；（4）利用拓展训练，加强团队建设；（5）加强班干部管理，提升班干部作用；（6）塑造班级榜样，强化模范效应；（7）加强对非正式组织学生的引导。
