      摘要：学风即为学校的学习风气，是学生思想道德素质的反映学风不是自发形成的，是要在教育者的引导和帮助下，使学生主体自主地提高对学习的认知能力和认知水平，以崇尚真知、成就自我为基点，形成不断学习的观念和良好的道德风范。只有创造优良的学风，才能使学生健康成长、学有所成-

关键词：班级管理；学风；建设；制度

总结：以学风建设促进班级管理主要有以下几个方面：

1、计划拟定是学风建设的基础。引导学生制汀短期计划和长期规划。

2、制度制定是学风建设的保证。 在班级制度的指引下狠抓日常管理，对出勤、纪律、劳动、宿舍管理都作出了相当严格的要求。

3、班干培养是学风建设的核心。（1）充分管理好自己；（2）以点带面，起模范表率作用；（3）增强服务本领，提升服务质量。

4、特色创新是学风建设的强化。（1）丰富多彩的班会；（2）模范带头的“6人团队”。

To study style construction for class management

    Abstract: The study style shall be learning culture in schools, the students reflected the ideological and moral qualities. Study style is not created spontaneously, is to guide educators and help students learn the main independently raise the level of cognitive ability and knowledge to advocate real knowledge, achievement self-anchored, forming the concept of continuous learning and good of morality. Only by creating a good style of study in order to enable students to grow healthily and learn something.
