      摘要：教育过程的重心是“育”，“育”的关键环节是班主任的管理工作。要做好班级管理，培养德、智、体全面发展的学生，必须在四个方面下功夫：首先要有爱心，要爱学生，尊重学生；其次要严立规，严管学生；再次要有耐心，工作要具体细致；最后要有热心，积极主动地做好协调工作。

关键词：中学生；班主任；班级管理

总结：班主任在工作中要将“管理”和“育人”有效的结合起来，并注重做好以下几个方面工作：

1、对学生要有爱心，要尊重学生。

2、要严立班规，严管学生。严管学生时要做到严而有理、严而有度、严而有方和严而有恒。

3、管理学生要有耐心，要具体细致。要做到计划细、观察细和处理问题细。

4、要热心做好协调工作。首先要加强和任课教师的沟通交流；其次要协调好任课教师与学生之间的关系；第三要协调好班主任自身与科任教师之间的关系；第四要协调好学生之间的关系。

My View of the Work of High School Class Advisors

    Abstract: The “center of gravity” of education is cultivation, which involves mainly the class advisors' administration. Four aspects of class work should be focused in order to maintain class administration and develop “full students with morality, intelligence and health”: 1, care about students and respect them; 2, set strict class rules for discipline observation; 3, serve the students with patience and carefulness; 4, coordinate well with enthusiasm and initiative.
