中小学校长培训模式研究

摘要：著名教育家陶行知说：“一个好校长就是一所好学校。”校长的教育思想、管理水平从某种意义上说决定着一所学校的持续发展，因此中小学校长培训工作十分重要。培训模式对于提高中小学校长培训的实效性和针对性具有举足轻重的意义，恰当的培训模式可以使培训起到事半功倍的效果。研究总结适合中小学校长培训的模式，对于促进中小学校长培训工作的发展具有重要的现实意义。

总结：一、菜单式培训模式与传统培训相比，这种模式主要有如下特点：

1．选择性2．针对性。3．趣味性。

二、问题式培训模式

三、校本培训模式

1．以参训校长所在学校存在的教育教学及管理问题和校长本身所需决的问题为切人点进行培训，具有很强的现实针对性，并且能够理论联系实际。

2．与学校教育教学管理工作紧密结合，培训方式灵活，实践性强。

3．培训时间可灵活安排，既可以长期连续进行，也可间断性进行，能够很好地解决校长参训的工学矛盾问题。

4．培训的参与性高，参训校长所在学校的教师、管理人员等都可以共同参与校长培训的全过程，共同提高。

四、课题研究培训模式实践证明，没有一种培训模式是一成不变的，适合的才是最好的。因此，要在实践中不断进行探索、总结、提升，创新出更加合适的中小学校长培训模式。
