浅谈中小学校长任职资格培训存在的问题及对策

摘要：我国中小学校长任职资格培训工作取得了显著成绩，但也存在值得探讨的问题，借鉴发达国家中小学校长任职资格培训工作的经验，建立校长岗前后备干部培训体系，切实执行持证上岗制度；建立校长岗前分层分类培训体系，增强培训的有效性与针对性；建立校长资格国家标准，加强校长培训教育立法，应成为新时期我国校长任职资格培训的重要课题。

总结：1、部分发达国家校长任职资格培训情况

世界上大多数发达国家把中小学校长培训分为职前培训(或任职资格培训)与职后培训(或在职培训)两大阶段，由于国情不同，各个发达国家的校长任职资格培训特点不尽相同。

2、目前我国中小学校长任职资格培训存在的问题

Brief Study on the Problems and Countermeasures in Primary and Secondary School Principal S Qualification Training

Abstract：Our primary and secondary school principal qualifications training work has made remarkable achievements，but there are also some problems that are worth to discuss．Draw lessons from developed countries’ primary and secondary school principal’s qualification training work experience；establish the pre reserve cadres training system，and practically calty out the holder induction system；establish the post classification training system，enhance training effectiveness and pertinence；establish the qualification of national standards，and strengthen the training an education legislation，all of those should become the important problems of principal’s qualification training in the new period of China．
