摘要：随着女性在社会各个领域参与程度的提高，女性领导者及其领导力的影响都在上升。本研究通过对国内外女性在政治领域、经济领域和学术领域的领导力发展状况的充分收集和发展趋向的深入分析，指出现时女性领导力普遍存在的共性问题：广泛地进入到各个领域的中层，却仍然难以突破高层的限制。女性领导力的发展障碍经历了水泥墙---玻璃天花板---迷宫的演变，在当下巨大的历史机遇中依旧面临困境。

关键词：女性领导力；现状；发展

总结：第一部分介绍了政治领域的女性领导力。包括女性参政现状、难任重要领导职位、女性参政对女性权益的影响。

第二部分介绍了经济领域的女性领导力。包括女性领导者数量的显著增加、隐含着的发展问题、经济危机对女性领导力的矛盾影响。

第三部分介绍了学术领域的女性领导力。存在着起步艰难、总体发展不容乐观等问题。

第四部分分析了女性领导力的机遇与挑战。女性领导力的发展障碍经历了水泥墙---玻璃天花板---迷宫的演变，在当下巨大的历史机遇中依旧面临困境。

Current Situation and Direction of Women Leadership

Abstract: With the level of women participation in all spheres of society improving, the impact of women leaders and their leadership is on the rise. From the perspective of the political field, economic field and academic field, this study makes an in-depth analysis of the full collection and trends of the development of women leadership at home and abroad and proposes the common problems: the common female leadership stays in the middle, but are still hard to break high-level restrictions. Barriers to the development of women leadership constitutes the concrete walls--glass ceiling--the labyrinth, so women leadership still faces a clear dilemma in the present huge historical opportunity.
