民办幼儿园园长园本课程领导权力研究

摘要:民办幼儿园良莠不齐的问题,越来越成为我们研究关注的重点,随着国家三级课程的实施,民办幼儿园园长义不容辞地担负起了园本课程领导的重要责任。民办幼儿园园本课程领导是民办幼儿园园本课程领导者运用自己的权力和影响力去影响学校课程事务以及与课程相关人员的过程,其中的核心就是领导者的权力和影响力。然而迄今为止,我们发现较少有实证性的研究民办幼儿园园长所拥有的权力如何,以及园长对园本课程领导所行使权力情况。

总结:第一部分介绍了本课题研究的背景。
第二部分分析了我国民办幼儿园园长园本课程领导权力的实施存在的问题。主要包括园本课程领导权力缺失;刚性权力运用比较多但并没有发挥积极的作用;柔性权力中道德权缺失,行政化趋向严重;城乡道德权上差异显著。
第三部分论述了提升民办幼儿园园长园本课程领导权力效能的建议。包括更新理念,提升能力,创设优势环境。
Research on the Leadership Power of Private Kindergarten Leaders in Kindergarten-based Curriculum

Abstract: The uneven situations of private kindergartens are more and more becoming the focus of our research attention. With the implementation of national three level curriculum, private kindergarten leaders are duty- bound to assume the important responsibility of kindergarten-based curriculum leadership. The leadership of kindergarten- based curriculum in private kindergartens is the process in which private kindergarten leaders use their power and influences to guide curriculum affairs and relevant staff and the core is leaders' power and influences. However, we found few empirical researches of private kindergarten leaders' power, as we 11 as their leadership power in kindergarten- based curriculum leadership.
