摘要：课程领导是一种不同于课程管理的新的管理观，在课程领导的背景下，传统学校的工具型组织角色已经不能满足其要求，由工具型组织走向学习型组织是课程领导下学校角色转换的必然要求。

总结：第一部分介绍了课程领导的概念。主要体现在以下几个方面：其一，新的管理理念；其二，新的组织观；其三，新的系统观。课程领导作为一种新的管理观，与课程管理相比，具有以下显著特征：领导主体多元化、决策过程民主化、沟通模式网络化、领导动力内在化、职能重“引导”而非“控制”。

第二部分介绍了课程领导背景下的学校角色转变。学习型组织以其特有的魅力和无可比拟的优势适应了课程领导的理念，成为课程领导背景下学校角色的重要选择。

On curricular leadership and change of the school roles

Abstract: Curricular leadership is a new management, different from the traditional management of curriculum. Under the circumstance of curricular leadership the instrumental school role, characterized by the traditional management, cannot satisfy the new demand. So, it is believed by the authors that the instrumental role will give way to the learning role, which is advocated by the curricular leadership.
