---基于上海市徐汇区M社区的思考

摘要：女性在社会不同领域中参与水平不断提高。基于上海市徐汇区M社区三位女性领导者的个案，研究社区教育女性领导力的概念及特点，探索社区教育女性领导力提升策略，以及领导力提升的积极影响与挑战。

总结：第一部分介绍了本研究的背景。

第二部分论述了社区教育女性领导力的概念。女性领导力是女性社区教育领袖在带领社区发展过程中表现出的能力，主要体现为:影响社区教育决策的能力、沟通交流的能力和开拓创新的能力。

第三部分为社区教育女性领导力的特点：直觉敏锐、民主领导、亲和力强、乐于奉献。

第四部分分析了社区教育女性领导力的提升方式：扎根社区、搭建平台、培训与学习、理解与支持。

第五部分论述了社区教育女性领导力提升的积极影响与挑战。

Study on Female Leadership in Community Education

----Based on M community in Shanghai Xuhui District

Abstract:The participation of women in various fields of society has enhanced unceasingly. In this paper based on three cases of female leaders in M community of Shanghai Xuhui District, the concept and the characteristics of female leadership in community education are explored. Meanwhile this article studies the women leadership promotion strategies of community education, the positive impact and challenges.
