摘要：课程领导作为一种新的管理理念,意在突破传统课程管理的局限,强调合作与交流、民主与开放,与校本课程的理念基本一致。通过观念与实践两个层面的革新,为课程领导创设运行机制,促进校本课程乃至整个课程体系的发展。

总结：第一部分分析了课程领导与课程管理这两种不同的管理理念。课程领导作为一种新的管理理念,意在突破传统课程管理的局限,强调合作与交流、民主与开放,与校本课程的理念基本一致。

第二部分论述了校本课程发展背景下课程领导的策略。包括从组织观、课程观、学校观和教师观等方面的观念革新；从实践行动上进行远景创建、环境创设、教师专业发展、文化再生。

The Idea and Strategy of Curriculum Leadership on the Background of the Development of School-based Curriculum

Abstract: As a new idea of management, the curriculum leadership aims to break through the limitation and of traditional management. It emphasizes cooperation and communication as well as democracy openness, which is consistent with the idea of the school-based ideas and practice helps to create the working system for curriculum. The innovation of the leadership and promote the development of the school-based curriculum and the whole curriculum system as well.
