谈新课改下农村中小学校长的课程领导

摘要:国内外学者研究发现,校长的课程领导在极大程度上影响课程改革的效果。调查发现,农村中小学校长在课程领导作用、课程领导方向、课程领导策略、课程领导状态等方面存在诸多问题。要提高校长课程领导以促进课程改革发展,必须改变校长对自己的角色定位、改变校长课程领导的关注点、加强校长课程领导的力度、拓宽校长课程领导的视野、对校长课程领导进行重新定位。

总结:第一部分介绍了校长的课程领导现状。主要包括校长谈新课程改革取得的成效、经验及面临的困难。
第二部分为校长课程领导分析。存在的问题有:领导作用发挥不够、领导方向有失偏颇、领导策略有失偏颇——重视教师,忽视学生;重视校内,忽视校外、校长课程领导受到考试评价的影响、领导状态——一半清醒、一半茫然。
第三部分为加强校长课程领导的举措。包括改变校长对自己的角色定位:不是无所作为,而是大有可为;校长课程领导的关注点:从硬件设施——学校软环境建设;加强校长课程领导的力度;校长课程领导的视野:只顾校内到兼顾校内外;校长课程领导的定位:全局、长远、清晰。
Talking About the Principals of the Rural Primary and Middle Schools as Curriculum Leaders in the New Curriculum Reform

Abstract: Both the domestic and overseas scholars have found that the principals as curriculum leaders will influence the curriculum reform to a great extent. Investigation shows that the principals of the primary and middle schools have many problems in the function, direction, strategy and state of curriculum leading. In order to enhance the development of curriculum innovation by promoting the principals' curriculum leading, the principals should reposition their roles, change their focus of attention, enhance their curriculum leading, broaden their horizon of curriculum leading and have a fresh orientation of curriculum leading.
