摘要：进入21世纪以来，改进低绩效学校与提高学生成绩一直是美国基础教育改革的核心问题。而临社会经济转型与学校改进的需要，在对学习与领导进行反思的基础上，美国提出了学习领导理论，并且对其内涵与理论模型进行了界定，进而讨论了学习领导的实施策略与方法。通过实施学习领导，可以促进学校领导、教师的专业发展，提高学生学习成绩，推动学习型学校的建立。

关键词：美国基础教育；学习领导；学校改进

总结：1.学习领导理论的缘起：知识经济时代的社会变化、当代学者对学习与领导的反思、学校改进的需要。

2.学习领导的特征： 1）将改善课堂教学作为学校改进的关键因素；2）拓展教师教学技能，发挥教师潜力，使学校中的每一位教师都从中获益；3）学校领导对学生学术成就的间接影响力通过教师得到直接体现；4）确保各种想法能够迅速传达并且贯穿落实；5）加强沟通，凡事以提升学生学习为道德使命；6）激励教师表达意见，鼓励创新与高效率的工作。

3.学习领导的策略：立榜样、重监督、促谈话。

A Review on Learning-centered Leadership Theory

Abstract:Improvement of low -performance schools and student achievements are two essential issues in American elementary education reform since entering the  21st century. Facing social and economic transformations and the needs for school improvement,American scholars brought the idea  of learning-centered leadership theory on the basis of reflection of learning and leadership. The theory of learning-centered leadership includes concept，theoretical model，and the strategies and ways of implement learning-Centered leadership. The implementation of learning-centered leadership can contribute to school leadership and teacher"s  professional development,improve student achievements and promote the  establishment  of  learning-centered schools.
