中小学教师职场学习环境满意度现状调查与调控策略

摘要:职场学习环境满意度是教师对影响职场学习支撑性条件的生态感知。通过自编信效度较高的教师职场学习环境满意度调查问卷,从物质环境、制度环境、心理环境、社会环境4个维度对选取的902个样本进行现状分析发现,教师职场学习环境满意值为3.39,学校位置、学校性质、教师角色是影响教师职场学习环境满意度的重要因素,学校应从全方位、多角度着手提升教师职场学习环境满意度。

总结:1.依据调查分析可知,教师对职场学习环境的满意度距离“较满意”程度尚有差距,对物质环境的满意程度最低。
2.在心理环境方而,校长普遍支持教师开展基于职场的学习活动,教师自身也注重职场学习,但学校在通过营造浓厚的课程改革氛围激励教师职场学习上做得不够;在社会环境方而,虽然多数学校的教师之间在学习上有一些合作、互助,但大多流于表浅,缺乏深入的、系统的、富有成效的合作学习。
3.调控策略与建议:强化保障教师职场学习的物质条件,构建支持教师职场学习的长效机制,营造驱动教师职场学习的心理氛围,建立凝聚教师职场学习的团队组织。
Primary and Secondary School Teachers` Satisfaction Survey and Control Strategyon the Workplace Learning Environment

Abstract:Workplace learning environment satisfaction is the perception of teachers on the impact of workplace learning support conditions.By self editing higher reliability and validity questionnaire about teachers satisfaction on the workplace learning environment,the questionnaire from the four dimensions as the physical environment,institutional environment,psychological environment and social environment to analyze the status on the selected 902 samples.The result shows that the value of teacher’s satisfaction on workplace learning environment is 3.39. Furthermore,school location,nature of school and the roles of teachers are important factors to affect the teachers' degree of satisfaction on the workplace learning environment.Schools should start to enhance teachers' satisfaction on workplace learning environment comprehensively and also should he multiple perspectives.
