摘要：教育部最近印发的《教育信息化十年发展规划(2011 - 2020 )》中对提升学校信息化领导力以及制定其评价标准提出了具体的要求。本文通过对部分国家和地区的相关研究成果的归纳和分析，提出了对制定我国的“学校信息化领导力”评价标准的一些思考和建议。

总结：1、本文列举了12个外国和地区的教育机构或是学者对学校信息化领导力内涵的论述，最终总结为七个学校信息化领导力内涵维度，分别是愿景、教与学、人力资源、公共关系、财政与绩效、法规与伦理、校长个人发展等。

2、国外学校信息化领导力研究对我国的启示：

（1）明确构建学校的共同愿景:建构学校愿景是各国研究中高度认同的领导力维度。

（2）强化校长的教学领导力作用:教与学是学校赖以生存和发展的基础性工作，这在国内外都已经达成共识。

（3）加强学校团队建设，提升学校信息化领导力。

（4）加强教师队伍建设，提升学校信息化领导力。

（5）加强学校的社会独立性，使其发展具有自身特色。

Research and Enlightenment of "Technological Leadership of School”Abroad

Abstract: The newly一published  "Ten一Year Development Plan for Educational Informatization  (2011一2020)”，by Chinese Ministry of Education，Put forward the specific requirements on promotion of Technological Leadership of School and establishment of its evaluation criterion. This paper through summarization and analysis of relevant research outcomes from some foreign countries or regions，offers some thinking and suggestions for the establishment of evaluation criterion for "Technological Leadership of School”of our own country.
