摘要:运用文献资料法、实地调查法等研究方法，阐述了当前我国农村学校体育课程改革中面临的诸多困境，如地方政府对学校体育发展的支持不足、学校领导和体育教师关于体育课程改革的观念意识滞后、课程资源建设力度不足、课程内容单调，等等。这些困境阻碍了体育课程改革在农村学校中的顺利实施。分析了造成这些困境的主要原因，提出了破解农村学校体育课程改革困境的出路，包括着力改变地方政府管理者和体育教师的观念、着力改善农村学校体育的资源条件、拓展体育与健康课程内容，等等，旨在为进一步深化我国学校体育课程改革、缩小城乡学校体育差距、提升农村学校体育教学质量提供参考。

总结：本文通过文献查阅法以及实地研究法发现：

1、体育课程改革在农村中小学实施的实然状态暨实施中的困境有：

（1）地方政府对农村学校体育事业的漠视。

（2）学校领导和体育教师的观念和意识在一定程度上不能适应体育课程改革之需目前。

（3）农村体育教学人力资源(师资)配置方面的困境：师资数量偏少，师资结构不合理，难以正确理解和有效把握体育课程改革的精神。

2、破解农村学校体育课程改革困境的出路有：

（1）着力改变地方政府管理者和体育教师的观念。

（2）改善农村学校体育的资源条件。

（3）拓展体育与健康课程资源。

Dilemma and Solution of Physical Education Curriculum Reform in China Rural Schools

Abstract: By using the methods of literature review and field investigation，this paper stated many dilemmas which China rural schools are facing in physical education curriculum reform. The dilemmas are as follows.  School physical education is lack of government support，school leaders and P.  E.  teachers lag behind physical education curriculum reform，curriculum resources construction is deficient and curriculum content is unitary. These dilemmas has blocked off successful implementation of the reform. Then this paper analyzed the main causes of these dilemmas and pointed out some solutions.  The solutions include changing conception of local officials and P.  E.  teachers，improving physical education resource of rural schools，and expanding curriculum contents of physical education and health.  This study hopes to provide a reference for taking further steps in the reform，narrowing the gap of school physical education between urban and rural areas  and improving physical education quality of rural schools.
