——以中国矿业大学应用技术学院为例

摘要：普通高校内应用型本科学生与普通本科学生相比在生源结构等方面有其特殊性，中国矿业大学根据应用型本科学生的特点形成了学生教育管理的“教育—管理—引导—服务”四级工作模式，通过反思这一工作模式在实践中存在的不足，提出构建个性化校园文化，贯彻教学化管理制度，充分调动学生自主管理，人面加强监督管理职能。

总结：第一部分介绍了应用型本科学生的特点：生源结构复杂；年龄差异较大；生源地较偏远；学习年限不同。

第二部分介绍了应用型本科学生管理面临的困境：文化基础薄弱；心理问题突出；纪律意识淡薄；管理难度较大。

第三部分介绍了应用型本科学生管理模式的实践探索。中国矿业大学应用技术学院根据应用型本科学生特点，在实践中坚持“教育与管理并重，服务与引导先行”的基本工作思路，逐渐形成“教育—管理—服务—引导”四级管理模式。具体为：丰富校园文化，创新思想政治教育形式；转变工作理念，实现管理制度科学化；树立服务意识，建立双向互动机制；加强多方引导，确保学生成长成才。

第四部分论述了应用型本科学生管理模式的反思与建议。

1、打破形式主义，积极构建个性校园文化；

2、提升管理队伍素质，切实贯彻科学化管理制度；

3、秉承“学生为本”，充分调动学生自主管理；

4、落实引导机制，全面加强管理监督职能。

Analysis on Management Model for Application-oriented Undergraduates in Regular Higher Education Institutions

——The Case of School of Applied Technology of China University of Mining and Technology

Abstract: Compared to regular undergraduates in regular of higher education institutions, application-oriented undergraduates have their own features in many aspects, such as student source structure. Based on the features of application-oriented undergraduates, China University of Mining and Technology establishes a four-stage education and management mode for students, which are“educating-managing -guiding-serving”. Through the introspection on the disadvantage of the mode in practice, the to-the-point suggestions are given that are to establish a personalized campus culture, implement the teaching-type management system, fully mobilize students’ self-management and comprehensively enhance the supervision and management functions.
