摘要：中小学校长的实际能力主要体现在主体、驾控、管理、决策、担险、谈判、归纳能力等方面。要提升其实际能力，中小学校长培训必须端正认识、改革培训模式、精选培训内容和方法。

总结：1、中小学校长的实际能力，是指其在实际工作中所表现出来的一种能耐与才干。其内涵主要有以下几方面:（1）主体能力；（2）驾控能力；（3）管理能力；（4）决策能力；（5）担险能力；（6）谈判能力；（7）归纳能力。

2、要办好一所学校，校长的实际能力是很重要的。校长的实际能力培训的提高一是要改革现行的培训模式；二是要精选培训内容、方法。

3、想要实现改革培训模式，必须要做到以下几点：（1）坚持按需施教；（2）坚持能力本位；（3）坚持多元办学。

4、精选培训内容和方法方面，一定要从实际出发，即从学员存在的问题出发来确定内容，选择方法。具体来说，要围绕“教”、“学”、“研”、“用”四个方面来进行：（1）针对问题教；（2）针对问题学；（3）针对问题研；（4）针对问题用。同时，要明确树立由于各地实际不同，在内容和方法的选择上也应不同的观念。

On the Practical Ability of Primary and Middle School Headmasters and Their Training

Abstract: The primary and middle school principal's practical abilities are embodied mainly in the respects such as subject, controlling, managing, making policy, taking risk, negotiation and concluding ability etc. To promote their practical ability, the principals must correct understanding, reform the training mode, choose training content and method carefully.
