摘要：通过对重庆市中小学校长远程培训存在问题、实施策略及满意度调查的分析，结合重庆市的实践经验从理念先行、内外因素、考核方案以及资源整合等方面，思考未来中小学校长远程培训发展路径。

总结：1、重庆市中小学校长远程培训存在问题如下：（1）组织管理经验欠缺；（2）培训内容缺乏特色；（3）部分学员适应性不足。

2、重庆市中小学校长远程培训改进方向可以从如下几个方面入手：（1）优化平台运行，保障网络畅通；（2）抓住前沿热点，扩展培训内容；（3）活跃在线交流，加强专家指导；（4）加强培训管理，丰富授课模式。

3、重庆市中小学校长远程培训实施策略主要有以下几个方面：（1）完善培训组织管理体系，实行培训片区管理；（2）科学规划培训组织，实现课程按需设计；（3）合理设计考核方案，保障远程培训效果；（4）加大检查督促力度，保证培训规范有序。

4、中小学校长网络远程培训是当前一种适用于大规模中小学校长培训的新手段。基于重庆市在中小学校长远程培训的实践经验，对重庆市中小校长远程培训未来发展路径作如下思考：（1）理念先行；（2）内外兼修；（3）以考促学；（4）资源整合。

Abstract: Base on the analysis of the problems existing, in the distance training, of principals of primary and middle schools in Chongqing, the implementation strategy, and degree of satisfaction, and combining, the practical experience of Chongqing, this paper discusses the development path to the distance training, of the principals.
