摘要：对近年来学术界、理论界就国内外农民培训的研究探索进行归纳总结,在对这些成果进行系统总结的基础上,简要评析总体研究现状,并指出当前亟待进行深入研究的问题,以期为进一步的研究提供参考。

总结: 有关国内农民培训的研究已经取得了一定的成果,特别是对农民培训的模式理论研究和对农民培训体系构建方面提出了具体的做法。但针对农民培训师资队伍的建设、农民培训效果评估方面的研究较少,针对农民培训课程开发方面的研究和农民培训经费投入是如何分配的研究基本没有,有关农民培训成本与效益方面的研究甚少,关于农民培训机制的研究还有待进一步加强。

Abstract：In recent years , articles on the academic and theoretical circles on the training of peasants at home and abroad toconduct research summary , on this basis , and take a brief assessment of the overall study , and pointed out that the current urgentstudy of the problem in depth , in order to provide a reference for further research.
