摘要:教学型高校量大面广、层次多、类型多,是我国高等教育的中坚力量。目前我国教学型高校外部面临巨大挑战,而自身又存在诸多问题,因此在教学型高校建立一个完善的、适合校情的、有利于自我监控与自我发展的内部质量保障体系势在必行。本文首先说明构建教学型高校内部质量保障体系的必要性,然后针对现存的一些问题,就如何规范、完善提出一些措施。

总结: 教学型高校内部质量保障体系的现存问题: 1、尚未形成具有中国特色的教学型高校的理论研究体系;；2、质量标准缺乏个性；3、评估对象的被动性；4、评估过程的随意性； 5、学生质量的评估方法单一；6、缺乏质量管理的网络系统。

教学型高校内部质量保障体系的完善：1、 明确目标和质量标准；2、培育学校的“质量保障”文化环境；3、建立一支科学、合理的评估队伍；4、改革高校内部管理体制；5、一切以教学为中心，加强教学评估。

Abstract: Myriads of teaching-oriented colleges and universities in various level, size and scale across the country are the important integral part of our higher education. Faced with diverse    problems and challenges, it is imperative to build a perfect quality2guaranteeing system, which is conducive to self2control and development of these institutions. The article first analyses the necessity and existing problems of the interior quality system, and then proposes some countermeasures to standardize and streamline the system.
