摘要：大众化进程中, 高等学校构建教学质量管理体系, 必须在多样的教育质量观和科学的管理理念指导下, 有针对性地分析研究影响教学质量的主要因素, 制定切合本校实际的教学质量标准, 构建一套有效的教学质量监控和保障体系, 实行动态运作并持续改进发展。

Abstract：Teaching quality management system in universities in the process of popularization, analysis and study pertinent to factors influencing teaching quality must be done under the guidance of various educational quality views and scientific management concept together with formulating a practical teaching quality standard, constructing a set of effective quality control and guarantee system, practicing dynamic operation and constantly making amelioration and development.
