摘要:通过自编问卷调查, 分析了高职女生对闲暇生活的感受、经常从事的闲暇活动以及她们对闲暇生活的追求和需要, 并提出一些建议和对策。

总结：促进高职女生提升闲暇生活质量的建议：1、加强高职女生成才教育；2、组织开展丰富多彩的课余活动, 满足高职女生追求有意义的闲暇生活的需要, 使之学会科学安排和自主进行闲暇活动；3、开发、开设闲暇教育课程( 选修) , 引导高职女生树立科学的闲暇价值观、掌握休闲的知识和技能、享用闲暇的快乐。

Abstract: Through the survey and analysis on the college female student s' feeling of their leisure life, leisure activities and their seek and demand for leisure life, the author advances countermeasures on promoting the quality of college female student s' leisure life by enhancing useful talent education, developing extracurricular activities, and establishing leisure education courses.
