摘要: 自主性、稳定性是成人学习的主要心理特征, 个体和社会的需求是成人学习的基本动机。成人教学的方法原则就应该创造尊重成人学习的氛围, 把握成人学习的需要, 挖掘成人学习的资源。

总结：成人学习特点：首先, 自主性、稳定性是成人学习的主要心理特征。其次, 个体和社会的需要是成人学习的基本动机。再次, 成人学习有着自己独特的优势：1、学习目的较为明确；2、比较注重探索研究；3、思维方式具有多向性；4、强调群体交流。

鉴于成人学习的特点，产生以下三点启示：其一，要创造一个尊重成人学习氛围；其二，要和学员共同进行教学活动；其三，要善于融化经验并向经验学习。

 Abstract: The Independent character and stability are the main psychological feature of adult study. T he need of individual and society is the basic motive of adult students to study in colleges. Creating adult studying environment, getting hold the adult’s need in studying, unearthing the resources for the adult studies should be the principle of the adult teaching methods.
