摘要：在科学技术突飞猛进、知识更新周期巨缩的当今社会，成人教育在更新人们知识中无疑有着举足轻重的作用。而如何更好地实现成人教育的培养目标，指出成人教育教学方法存在的问题，探索其改进策略是当务之急。

总结：成人教学方法存在的问题：1、成人教学中普遍适用普通高等学校的教学方式；2、成人学生厌学情绪表现得比较突出。3、互动式教学环节中学生参与意识淡薄。

提出对策：首先，我国应建立培养“成人教育”师资的机构，其次，创新成人教育的教学方法，再次，我们应该加强理论研究，构建完善的成人教育教学方法理论体系。

Abstract: Advances in science and technology and knowledge is updated huge reduction of today's society, adult education in the updated knowledge of people is no doubt plays an important role. And how best to achieve the training objectives of adult education, adult education teaching methods pointed out the problems, and explore strategies to improve their top priority.
