摘要:通过文献资料和理论分析等方法,对继续教育的概念,中小学体育教师继续教育宏观指导和管理,新课程改革对中小学体育教师继续教育的要求、培训内容、课程、模式及其信息化进行理性分析,提出一些建设性的意见,对中小学体育教师继续教育具有启迪作用。

总结：1) 现有的独立设置的师范院校、教育学院、教师进修学校是中小学体育教师继续教育体系中的主体,主体要保持相对稳定,建立一支素质过硬、学科齐全、学术水平高的培训师资队伍。2) 积极推进中小学体育教师继续教育从发达地区特别是大城市,从东到西,从骨干开始逐步推进全员。采取措施鼓励支持其他综合性高等学校共同参与中小学体育教师的培训,确保教师的数量和质量。3) 继续对现有的中小学体育教师继续教育体系的结构进行战略性的调整,从长远的战略性上,对骨干教师培训不仅从局部调整,而且包括层次结构、类型结构、学科专业结构、区域结构等进行调整。4) 实行科学的、严格的考评制度,使培训、考评结果纳入晋级职称评审之中,以提高继续教育质量促进继续教育专业化发展为目标。5) 积极推进培训体制改革,继续教育由定向封闭的体制逐步走向开放;启动并推进校本培训,健全并完善继续教育制度;加快网络课程建设,以信息化推动中小学体育教师继续教育现代化。

Abstract： By literature consultation and theoretical analysis etc., the concept of continuing education, the macroscopic direction and management of the continuing education for physical education teachers in primary and middle schools, the demands of the new curriculum reform on the continuing education of those teachers, the contents, courses, patterns of training and the training information were analyzed rationally. Constructive suggestions were put forward for the enlightenment of the continuing education for PE teachers in primary and middle schools.
