 民族地区英语教师继续教育的探索与实践

摘要: 当前, 民族地区的教师继续教育仍面临着经费拮据、学用脱节、工学矛盾等主要问题。探索解决这些问题的有效途径, 是事关教师继续教育能否持续发展的重大课题。本文以三年来对这一课题的研究与实验为依据, 提出了民族地区英语教师实施多元化继续教育模式的思路, 并从指导思想、基本内涵、运作模式及实验成效等方面对这一模式进行阐述。

总结:“民族地区多元化英语教师继续教育模式”由“集中/分散”,“教研主导”,“自学+ 辅导”,“校本+远程教育”等四个子模式及模式的运行体系构成。

Abstract: Teachers’ continuing education at present is still faced with shortage of money, theory being divorced from practice, and conflict between learning and teaching. Finding ways to solve these problems has become vitally important for the sustained development of teachers. continuing education. Based on the three-year research and trial in this aspect, this paper puts forward a train of thought on carrying out the varied model of English teachers .continuing education in minority regions, and an overall narrative of it s guiding ideology , essential connotation, implementing pattern and experimental effect .
