摘要: 校本培训是近年来兴起的教师在职培训的一种新的模式。我区自然与社会条件决定了校本培训必然成为教师培训的重要形式。如何更好地运用这一教师培训模式, 有效促进自治区基础教育课程改革的深化, 笔者在调研的基础上提出了一些建议。

总结：对自治区校本培训的一些思考：1、从管理层面有效地整合校本培训和校本教研；2、执行更有弹性的校本培训政策；3、增强培训的针对性与实效性；4、增强培训的针对性与实效性；5、加强校本培训活动的交流与学习；6、、充分发挥现代教育技术和网络作用, 搭建校本培训信息平台。

Abstract: School- based t raining is a new mode o f in- service teacher t raining, which has been developed and used in recent years. Natural and social conditions have determined that school- based training inevitably becomes the important mode of teacher t raining in Xinjiang. The author advances some proposals on how to make a better use of this mode of teacher training so as to effectively contribute to deepening the reform in basic education courses on the basis of investigation and study.
