校本培训要关注教师文化的构建
摘要:论述了在校本培训中构建营造积极的教师文化的意义, 认为只有这样才能保证校本培训的实效性与针对性。校本培训与教师文化的构建是统一体。积极的教师文化包括反思、对话、合作、共同愿景等元素。读书考核式、案例解读式、听课反馈式等校本培训模式,利于积极教师文化的构建,培训的实效性与针对性较强。

总结:教师文化作为特定社会群体的教师所具有的思维方式、情感方式和行为方式,是通过教师的判断、选择形成的,表现为教师职业群体共有的集体心性。处在良好教师文化氛围中的教师的价值观包括先进的教育观、学生观和教育活动观,这些价值观念都在很大程度上影响着教师的教育教学行为,同时折射出教师的精神风貌,必然影响校本培训的实效。如果缺少对教师文化的存在状态的关心, 教师文化的传统特质往往会抵制外来的影响因素。因此校本培训要取得实效,最关键的因素是教师文化的构建。
Abstract: During the training of the textbooks by school, the practicality and directivity of the training can be ensured only by constructing teachers’ positive culture. The training of the textbooks by school and the construction of the teachers’ culture is a unity. The teachers’ positive culture consists of the concern for rethinking, dialogue, cooperation and common expectation. Examinations by reading, illustrations by examples and feedback by attending classes are beneficial to the construction of teachers’ positive culture and the practicality and directivity of the training.
