对校本培训的三点思考
摘要:虽然校本培训成为中小学教师继续教育的主要形式已有多年, 但校本培训的内涵、根基等基本问题在实践中仍需要进一步明确。校本培训应回归到教师职业生活中, 从而把握校本培训实质, 克服校本培训中的薄弱环节, 以便从根本上实现校本培训的宗旨。

总结:本文围绕学校需要什么样的校本培训、校本培训应在哪里进行以及如何实现校本培训展开讨论,认为提高校本培训实效所涉及的因素很多, 但关键在于, 必须始终坚持校本培训的根基, 让校本培训回归到教师的职业生活中, 这样, 才能深刻领会校本培训的内涵和实质, 并从根本上实现校本培训的宗旨。
Abstract: Although school- based training has long become the main form of teacher. s further education in primary and middle schools, its fundamental issues as significance and origin still need to be specifically identified in practice. This paper argues that school- based training should return to teacher’s vocational life in order that we can clarify it s essence and overcome its weak aspects, and consequently fulfill it s principle.
