地方高师教育实习与农村学校校本培训整合探讨
摘要:地方高师院校的教育实习与农村学校的校本培训相整合,是教师职前培养与职后培训一体化的新尝试,是地方高师为当地农村教育服务的创新模式,也是当今地方高师教育改革的一条新路。本文提出要建立一个由高师院校与地方教育行政部门分工协作的三级管理体制,统筹整合活动;建立高师院校教育实习的指导教师与农村学校校本培训的外聘专家合二为一的专家队伍;建立现代信息技术网络平台,为高师院校的教育实习与农村学校校本培训提供信息支撑系统,从而促使高师院校的教育实习与农村学校的校本培训有效整合。

总结:地方高师教育实习与农村学校校本培训整合应该注意的问题:1、选择具有示范、辐射功能的农村学校作为高师教育实习与农村学校校本培训相整合的实习基地;2、提高校本培训的实效性,形成校本培训的品牌与特色;3、帮助实习生寻找教育理想与基础教育实际之间的结合点,加强对实习生的引导与管理。
Abstract: The integration of teaching practice in local normal university and school-based training in rural school is a new try to unify prevocational cultivating and in-service training for teachers. It is an innovative model which local normal university serves for local rural education, and it is also a new horizon of local normal university's educational reform nowadays. This passage puts forward to forming a three-tier management system which consists of normal university and local administrative department for education to plan and integrate activities, to establishing experts team which consists of tutors from teaching practice in normal university and external experts from school-based training in rural school that can make sure the quality of teaching practice and school –based training, to constituting modern information technical network platform, and offer information supportive system for teaching practice in local normal university school-based training in rural school, which boost the effective of integration of teaching practice in local normal university and school-based training in rural school.
