摘要：文章在分析基于网络的师范院校教师校本培训内涵的基础上，阐述了师范院校开展网络校本培训的培训平台、培训模式和培训实施策略，以增强师范院校教师的培训效果，提高教师综合素质。

总结：基于网络的师范院校校本培训实施围绕校本培训与教研统一、个体与共同体统一、全面性与关键点培训、层次性与动态性统一策略展开。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the connotation of the network School-based Training in normal colleges，the article comes up with the network School-based training platform，training mode and training implementation strategy so as to enhance teacher training effect and improve teachers＇ comprehensive quality．
