基于教师教育一体化的顶岗实习、置换培训研究
摘要: “顶岗实习、置换培训”是师范院校实施教师教育职前职后一体化,将职前培养与职后培训融合互通的具体表现,不但有利于解决农村师资力量薄弱,缓解学科结构不合理的矛盾,提高师范生的教学实践水平,提升毕业生从业素质,而且也有利于推进高校教师培养模式的改革,实现师范院校、师范生、基础教育与在职教师专业发展的多方共赢。文章就“顶岗实习、置换培训”的内涵、理论基础、发展历程、实施中出现的问题和如何实施等作了系统、全面的探讨,以期为师范院校实施“顶岗实习、置换培训”提供理论与实践指导。

总结:“顶岗支教、置换培训”存在的问题有教师教育课程开设不规范,课程内容陈旧;师范生专业素养不高,岗前培训效果欠佳;实习指导力度不够,未形成有效的指导机制;置换教师的培训针对性不强,有待进一步完善;配套措施不够完善,制度化程度尚需加强。
