摘要:教师教育一体化是当今教师教育改革的发展趋势,是由高等院校(包括综合大学和师范院校)与中小学校共同承担融师范生的职前培养与在职教师的职后培训为一体的教师专业发展模式。我国在教师教育一体化的改革进程中取得了不少成效,但也存在不少的问题,这些问题在一定程度上阻碍着教师教育一体化的顺利进行。要改变这种情况,首先就应加强理顺内外管理体制,加强政府责任,进行课程改革,优化教师教育队伍。

总结：教师教育一体化过程中存在一些问题，如一体化进程中,培养培训两元制的状况仍较明显；高师院校的教育者理论与实际脱离较严重,不能很好地满足教师在职培训的需要；目前大多数高等师范院校没有独立的师资训练机构,也缺乏相应的专门培训人员,大多数进行的是低层次的训练,能力与运用脱节,理论与实践脱节的现象十分严重；教师教育一体化涉及到职前职后课程的一致性、连贯性,这首先就要求师范院校的职前教师教育课程进行改革；政府相关管理机构的投入力度不够；应试教育制度的束缚；师范院校内部已设立的培养与培训机构其实是二元模式的,与一体化的实质要求有一定的距离。针对这些问题提出策略，应理顺内外管理体制,实现教师教育机构的一体化；应构建教师教育课程体系；应优化师资队伍,补充中小学优秀教师进入。

Abstract: Being a trend of the reforms on teacher education, the integration of teacher education has been carried out as a model of teacher professional development connecting p re - and post - education in comprehensive universities and specialized normal universities. Lots of success has been achieved so far, but there are still some problems, which have blocked the progress of the integration of teacher education. To imp rove the situation, the authors have offered such suggestions as to idealize the management system, strengthen the duty of government, carry through reforms on curricula, and optimize the teaching staff.
