摘要：20 世纪80 年代以来, 教师教育一体化已成为世界上大多数国家教师教育的理念和实践。但是, 在我国的教师教育界, 连对这一名词都甚感陌生的人还大有人在, 就更谈不上实践了。这直接影响了我国教师教育质量的提高。因此, 研究教师教育一体化在我国目前教师教育中的可行性, 无疑有利于教师教育一体化观念的树立和在实践中的贯彻。

总结：教师教育一体化已成为越来越多的人的共识, 为教师教育一体化的实施提供了“观念” 保障；关于教师专业发展阶段的理论研究, 为教师教育一体化的实施提供了强有力的理论指导, 使其更具可行性；有关教师教育一体化的理论探索和成功的实践范例, 为教师教育一体化的实施提供了理论和经验的支撑；教师职后教育重点已由学历达标教育转向非学历素质提高教育, 为教师教育一体化的实施提供了宽松的环境
