摘要: 高校社团作为学生进行课外活动与社会实践的主要载体，在日常生活中起着重要的作用。对学生社团多样化、信息化、社会化以及学生活动专业化现状进行汇总，并从学校和社团层面分析学生社团存在的问题，最后从高校层面、指导老师、社团自身建设以及社团管理方面提出相应对策，找到解决问题的途径和方式，促进学生社团健康、良性的发展。

总结：基于学生社团现状和存在的问题提出建设对策：转变思想，重视学生社团工作，加强指导老师的扶持力度，制定社团发展规划，完善学生社团管理制度建设，利用信息技术，拓宽社团管理途径，拓展资金来源，争取场地支持，探索创新性活动，提高社团活动的整体水平。

Abstract: As the main vehicle for social practice and extra-curricular activities，the university association often plays an important role in daily life. There are many features in the university association，such as organization diversification，information ,socialization and activities specialization． Through analyzing current problems from student community and college's level，some corresponding countermeasures in the community were put forward to promote the healthy，benign development of students' community，colleges，teachers and corporate self-construction and community management．
