摘要:除了政府和企业外,社会还需要公益型社团发挥“润滑剂”作用。志愿者以某种方式帮助别人而不领取报酬,这是和谐社会下和谐的人际关系的体现。让更多的公益活动融入学生社团中,组成公益型学生社团,育人效果良好。通过“五制并举”——理念指导机制、制度管理机制、开拓资源机制、激励机制和宣传机制——构建高校学生社团公益活动长效机制。

总结：“四个并存”凸显公益型学生社团的特质：成员利他型动机和利己型动机并存，成员报名积极性高与坚持参与率低并存，志愿者来源广泛和社会认可程度低并存，社团数量不少和质量不高并存。

Abstract :Except for government and enterprises , society needs non - profit association to play the role of“lube”. Volunteers help others in many ways but do not accept their reward , which reflects the harmonious relationships in harmonious society. More non - profit activities should be enrolled in the student’s associations; as a result, good education can be gained effectively. “Five mechanisms”, that is , theory guide mechanism , system management mechanism , resources - opening mechanism , encourage mechanism and declaration mechanism , can help us build up the long - term non - profit activities.
