摘要：美国高校学生社团文化以其规范化、丰富化、品牌化、社会化,为各国学生社团发展提供了成型的范式。文章旨在从社团的发展史、机构组成、规章制度、功能等几方面寻找中美社团的差异,以期为国内高校学生社团建设完善提供借鉴。

总结：通过与美国高校的比较研究，发现我们的学生社团工作在诸多方面亟待加强：首先，要增强学生社团活动中的服务意识。其次，要加强对学生社团组织的有效管理。再次，要多方筹措学生社团活动经费。最后，要提高学校社会化程度, 拓展学生社团活动空间。

Abstract : The culture of student organization in American colleges provide well2formed standard for the development of student organization in other countries with it s characteristic of standardization , diversification , specific brands and socialization. This article was written after the authors’ visiting Georgetown University. The article makes a comparation between the student organizations in the two main bodies of champers culture: mass organizations of both the PRC and the USA, considering the aspect of structure and rules and regulations so as to give some reference for the perfection of the structuring of our domestic mess organizations in colleges and universities.
