摘要：我国应根据自己的具体国情和实际情况，有效借鉴加拿大成功的农民培训模式与经验，尽快通过立法形式构建农民培训的长效机制，不断增加农民培训的经费投入，确定切实有效的培训内容，并努力实施农民职业资格制度等措施，以使我国农民培训工作赶上世界先进水平。

总结：加拿大农民培训体现了以下特征：第一，农民培训实现了法制化，从而从根本上保障了农民培训事业的不断发展。第二，农民培训投入规范化。加拿大政府对农业教育大量投资，为农民培训提供了大量经费。第三，农民培训机制科学化。由农业主管部门统一负责和协调农民培训项目，同时由其他相关部门密切配合。第四，农民培训形式多样化。培训机构不但开设农业学科课程，还根据本地区农业特点和农村发展需要，开设一些针对性的课程，具有较强的实用性和灵活性。

Abstract: In our country, we should use the reference for the success of the Canadian farmers training mode and experience according to our specific national conditions and actual situation, , through legislation as soon as possible to form the farmer training mechanism, increase the farmer training expenditure, and determine the effective training content, and work hard to implement measures such as farmers professional qualification system, in order to make our country's farmers training work catch up with the advanced world levels.
