摘要:我国台湾地区幼儿教师教育的发展历程大致可分为六个时期,分别是萌芽期、过渡期、受挫期、停滞期、再生期和茁壮期。

总结：台湾地区幼儿教师教育变革的启示：(一)加强教育政策的支持力度；(二)完善幼儿教师资格的检定制度；(三)重视幼儿教师的在职进修；(四)塑造幼儿教师的专业者形象。

Abstract: The historical development of preschool teachers’ education in Taiwan can be roughly divided into six stages2those of sp routing, transition, setback, stagnation, regeneration, and thriving.
