摘要：大陆家庭教育不归属教育行政系列，缺失政府责任监督系统的保障，家庭教育始终属于一种辅助性的“教育形式”，而丧失“教育的主体资格”。借鉴台湾成熟的家庭教育制度，对大陆家庭教育未来发展具有积极意义。

总结：台湾《家庭教育法》对大陆家庭教育中长期发展的启示：（一） 加速家庭教育立法；（二） 增补教育工作者的家庭教育技能；（三） 加快家庭教育课程建设；（四） 建立科学合理的家庭教育行政管理系统。

Abstract: Lacking the security of government responsibility supervision system, family education in mainland China doesn't belong to educational administration but to a subsidiary "educational form", and hence losing "the subject qualification of education". It is meaningful to learn from matured family education system for the future development of family education in mainland China.
