Data, Leadership, and Catalyzing Culture Change

Abstract:The article presents information on the way that colleges, such as North Carolina State University (NC State), the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNC Charlotte), and the Winston-Salem State University (WSSU), use data and leadership to impact culture change. The author looks at the results of the COACHE Faculty Job Satisfaction Survey for tenure-track faculty members, data transparency, and disaggregation. The article suggests that the participants use the data to impact institutional change in the U.S.
