 Data, Leadership, and Catalyzing Culture Change

AbstractThe article presents information on the way that colleges, such as North Carolina State University (NC State), the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNC Charlotte), and the Winston-Salem State University (WSSU), use data and leadership to impact culture change. The author looks at the results of the COACHE Faculty Job Satisfaction Survey for tenure-track faculty members, data transparency, and disaggregation. The article suggests that the participants use the data to impact institutional change in the U.S.
